Meet Lizette

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 20 years experience and provide services to clients located in Florida, Oregon and Virginia. I treat a variety of issues and specialize primarily in anxiety, depression, work stress, life transitions, and women’s issues. Reaching out for help takes courage and together we will work on your goals for therapy, create a treatment plan that fits your life, and identify better ways to cope. I utilize a flexible counseling method that is specific to you and your needs. Services are provided via a secure telehealth platform. This option allows you the privacy and flexibility to have our sessions at the location of your choice. My goal as a therapist is to provide a collaborative, supportive, and non-judgmental space where I can help you on your journey to improve the quality of your life.
